Can another PG owner see my room rents or guest documents?
Never. PGDesk is built on strict multi-tenant isolation. Every database query checks the authenticated PG ID on the server. Your guest data, payment numbers, and private documents are 100% isolated.
How does offline UPI payment work?
You can save your PG UPI VPA (e.g. yourpg@okhdfcbank). When recording payments, you enter the transaction reference ID and amount paid. The system automatically computes pending balance and generates an instant PDF receipt for the tenant.
Can my PG manager record payments without seeing full owner reports?
Yes! PGDesk includes role-based staff permissions. You can give your manager permission to handle complaints and check-in guests, while restricting access to financial payments or room deletions.
Can guests download their own receipts for company HRA claims?
